Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the strawberries

Cut the top of the strawberry by laying it on its side and making a straight cut. Then, cut a small piece off the bottom so it can stand up straight. Be sure not to cut too much off so you don't make a hole.

  2. Scoop the inside of each strawberry with a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon

Make sure not to scoop out too much to avoid making the walls too thin. This could create a hole.

  3. Place a sheet of wax paper on a baking sheet
  4. Line the strawberries on the baking sheet
  5. Boil 1 cup of water
  6. Add 3 ounces of strawberry-flavored gelatin to a small bowl
  7. Pour the cup of boiling water into the gelatin and stir for about 2 minutes
  8. Add 1 cup of vodka (or water) to the gelatin mixture
  9. Pour the gelatin mixture into each strawberry
  10. Place the baking sheet with the strawberries in the fridge for 4 hours
  11. Add your garnish of choice and enjoy!
